- Timeframe for Cancellation/Changes
Customers may request to cancel or change their order within 12 hours after placing it.
• Requests made after 12 hours may not be accepted as the order will already be in processing or production. - Custom/Personalized Orders
For custom-made or personalized jerseys, once production has started, cancellations or changes are not allowed regardless of the timeframe. - How to Submit a Request
